Cardiologist and Healthcare Advisor

Dr. Jay Shah MD FACC

Dr. Jay Shah is a cardiologist and healthcare advisor with over 20 years of medical expertise and leadership in healthcare delivery at city general hospitals, community organizations, and world-renowned institutions such as Massachusetts General Hospital and the Mayo Clinic.  
 
He has made a successful transition to be the Chief Medical Officer of the Swiss company Aktiia for 2 years where he has been combining his medical expertise with an entrepreneurial ability in a dynamic and exciting environment. He is deeply passionate about physician leadership to drive growth and innovation in healthcare, as well as helping to advise physicians who are contemplating a career shift.

Dr. Shimoli Shah MD FACC

Dr. Shimoli Shah is a board certified non-invasive cardiologist with 10+ years of experience at distinguished academic institutions. She is a subject matter expertise in cardio-oncology and cardiovascular disease in women. Shimoli is known for building and leading strong cross-functional teams that successfully execute on a mission. She leverages strong clinical skills, therapeutic expertise, high emotional IQ and exceptional communication skills to contribute to organizational objectives. The same spirit that fuels her passion for patient care sparked her interest in a complementary space: professional coaching. She is a Co-Active (www.coactive.com) trained coach specializing in institutional initiatives to make coaching accessible to physicians to help attract and retain current talent in medicine.

Deepali Vyas MA

Deepali Vyas is a serial entrepreneur, advisory board member, career strategist, leadership coach and executive search consultant with a recognized eye for spotting talent, rising trends and breakout business models. She has advised companies like JP Morgan, Uber, Fidelity, Citadel, Wayfair and the NFL to name a few. 

With 25 years of diverse experience, including Global Head of FinTech, Payments, Crypto and Applied Intelligence at Korn Ferry, Deepali has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in today’s workforce. Throughout her career, Deepali has conducted over 40,000 executive interviews and has worked with top Fortune 500 C-suite executives in the boardroom, focusing on next generation talent search, strategies, assessment, and leadership development. 

She serves on the advisory boards of Correlation One, TalentStat, NovusNorth, Gray Zones and Rutgers University Big Data Program. She is a certified executive coach from Columbia University’s Coaching Learning Association. Deepali graduated with honors from University of Colorado and completed the International Financial Management Program at the London School of Economics.
